- Compliance withRule AUD 2.4 of the DFSA Rulebook
- Submitted Authorisation Enquiry and Eligibility confirmation from DFSA
- DFSA E-services Portal Login Credentials
- Apply: Complete the pre-requisites, as above, and Submit the application form on the E-services portal. If applicable, the DFSA will issue a fee invoice. Upon payment of the fees, the application will be accepted.
- Evaluate: Upon Acceptance, DFSA will conduct a thorough assessment of the application, which will most likely include an interview. In cases of insufficient information, request will be made for additional information. Applicants will only be authorised if the DFSA is satisfied that they are Fit and Proper, and that the functions of their role will be conducted and managed in a sound and prudent manner.
- Register: DFSA will reply and confirmed the status registration if applicable.
The following documents need to be submitted with the application form:
- Recognised Professional Qualifications and Membership of Recognised Professional Body
- Details of audit experience
- Passport copy
- Any support documents regarding fit and proper matters
- Latest Financial Statements of the Parent Company
