- Submitted General Enquiry and Meeting with DFSA Markets team.
- Engage with the relevant AMI about membership
- DFSA E-services Portal Login Credentials
- Apply: Complete the pre-requisites, as above, and Submit the application form on the E-services portal. DFSA will issue a fee invoice. Upon payment of the fees, the application will be accepted.
- Evaluate: Upon Acceptance, DFSA will conduct a thorough assessment of the application. Upon satisfactory assessment, you'll receive an in-principal letter. In cases of insufficient information, request will be made for additional information.
- Recognise:Upon satisfactory assessment, DFSA will grant Recognition.
The following documents need to be submitted with the application form:
- Certificate of Incorporation in a jurisdiction other than DIFC
- Licensing/Authorisation document(s) at the home jurisdiction
Acoording to the DFSA's Fees module, a person applying for Recognised Member status must pay an application fee of USD 1,000. There are no periodic fees for Recognised Members.
