• Compliance with REC Module Section 4 of the DFSA Rulebook
  • Contact the DFSA Markets team and inform them of your intention to have your name removed from the list of Recognised Persons.
  • DFSA E-services Portal Login Credentials
  • Apply: Complete the pre-requisites, as above, and Submit the application form on the E-services portal.
  • Evaluate: Upon receipt of application, DFSA will check to see if the relevant requirements are met and ask for additional information if necessary.
  • Revoke: If the outcome of the assessment is satisfactory, the DFSA will remove the Person from the list of Recognised Persons.

Submit a request to remove Recognised Body status as required under REC Rule 4.2.1.
