• Apply: Complete the above prerequisites and submit the relevant application form on the E-services portal. The DFSA will issue a fee invoice. Upon payment of the fees, the application will be accepted for evaluation.
• Evaluate: The DFSA will conduct a thorough assessment of the application. In cases of insufficient information, the DFSA will request additional information.
• Authorise: If the outcome of the assessment is successful, the DFSA will authorise the individual as a Key Individual.

If applicable, the documents the DFSA is likely to request to be submitted with the application form include but are not limited to:

• Resume/CV of KI applicant
• Passport or ID
• Relevant certifications or qualifications
• Background checks
