The DFSA may upon application of a person or on its own initiative:

  1. declare in writing that a person is:
    • a Reporting Entity; or
    • not a Reporting Entity; and
  2. impose such conditions or restrictions as it considers appropriate in respect of such a declaration.
  • As required under Markets Rules (MKT)
