- Follow guidance in Markets Briefs (MB) including Introductory MB, MB 1, MB 2, MB 3, MB 8, MB 9, MB 10, MB 12, MB 15, MB 16, MB 20.
- Contact the DFSA Markets team.
- Apply: Complete and save the application form on the E-services portal. The DFSA will issue a fee invoice. Upon payment of the fees, the application will be accepted for evaluation.
- Review: The DFSA will review the application and may request additional information in cases of insufficient information.
- Approve: If the outcome of the assessment is successful, the DFSA will approve the application.
The application should include the documents required under Chapters 2 and 6 of Markets Rules (MKT). The DFSA may require additional documents and information, if needed.
