Issuers of Securities, Listings and Crypto Token Recognition

This service is for persons seeking to (1) issue a Prospectus pursuant to Article 14 of the Markets Law 2012 or a Supplementary Prospectus pursuant to Article 18 of the Markets Law or any other document required to be approved by the DFSA under Chapters 2 or 6 of the Markets module of the DFSA Rulebook ("MKT"); (2) request the admission of Securities to the Official List of Securities maintained by the DFSA and; (3) have Security Tokens admitted to trading on an Alternative Trading System.
In addition, this service is for entities that are seeking to obtain the DFSA's recognition for a Crypto Token to be utilized or used as a reference for an Investment in the DIFC.
