- Apply: Complete the above prerequisites and submit the relevant application form on the E-services portal.
- Evaluate: Upon receipt of the application, the DFSA will conduct a thorough assessment of the application. In cases of insufficient information, the DFSA will request additional information.
- Approve: If the outcome of the assessment is satisfactory, the DFSA will approve the changes to the Business Rules.
If applicable, the documents the DFSA is likely to request to be submitted with the application form include but are not limited to:
- Detailed description of the Business Rules changes.
- Redlined text of the Business Rules changes.
- Any relevant and necessary supporting documents.
