• Apply: Complete the above pre-requisites and submit the application form on the E-services portal.
• Evaluate: The DFSA will conduct a thorough assessment of the application.
• Approval: Upon satisfactory assessment, the DFSA will approve the material change

The documents and information that should be submitted are noted under AMI Rule 4.3.2 and include but are not limited to:

• Detailed description of the material change
• The reasons behind the proposed change
• Any relevant and necessary supporting documents
